Prices quoted are estimates and may be adjusted if additional work is discovered during the alteration process. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original quote by more than 20%.
Payment is due upon pickup of completed garments unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. For large projects such as bridal alterations, a deposit of 50% may be required at the time of the first fitting, with the balance due upon completion.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. While we strive to complete all work within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or complexity of work. We will notify you promptly if any delays are anticipated. Rush services are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Completed garments must be picked up within 30 days of notification. After 30 days, a storage fee of $5 per week will be applied. Garments not claimed within 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of at our discretion. We are not responsible for garments left beyond the 90-day period.
