At Vorxenornykhexux, we are committed to providing exceptional clothing sewing and repair services that meet your expectations. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding satisfaction guarantees, refitting services, and resolution procedures for our alteration and tailoring services.

1. Nature of Our Services

It is important to understand that clothing alteration and repair services are fundamentally different from retail product purchases. Our services involve permanent modifications to your garments based on your specific measurements and requirements. Once alterations are completed, the garment cannot be returned to its original state in most cases.

Because of the permanent nature of alterations, traditional return policies do not apply to our services. Instead, we offer a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee and refitting policy to ensure you are completely happy with the results.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to your complete satisfaction. Our satisfaction guarantee covers all alteration and repair services performed by Vorxenornykhexux.

2.1 What Is Covered

Our satisfaction guarantee covers:

  • Workmanship errors or defects in the alterations performed
  • Incorrect measurements or fitting issues resulting from our error
  • Seams that come undone due to improper stitching
  • Zippers that fail due to improper installation
  • Hems that unravel due to inadequate finishing
  • Any other issues directly resulting from our work

If you experience any of these issues within 14 days of picking up your garment, we will correct the problem at no additional charge.

2.2 What Is Not Covered

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:

  • Changes in your body measurements after the final fitting
  • Damage caused by improper care, cleaning, or storage of the garment
  • Normal wear and tear of the garment or alterations over time
  • Issues arising from pre-existing defects in the original garment
  • Fabric shrinkage, stretching, or color changes after alteration
  • Subjective style preferences not communicated during consultation
  • Damage caused by third parties after pickup
  • Issues with garments altered by other tailors or businesses

3. Refitting Policy

We understand that achieving the perfect fit may require adjustments. Our refitting policy ensures that you are completely satisfied with how your garment fits.

3.1 Complimentary Refitting

We offer one complimentary refitting within 14 days of picking up your altered garment. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit, bring the garment back to our studio and we will make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge.

To qualify for complimentary refitting:

  • The garment must be returned within 14 days of pickup
  • The garment must be in the same condition as when picked up
  • The fitting issue must be related to our workmanship
  • You must not have gained or lost significant weight since the final fitting
  • The garment must not have been cleaned or altered by another party

3.2 Additional Fittings

For complex alterations such as wedding dresses or formal wear, we typically include multiple fittings in our service package. The number of fittings included depends on the service level:

  • Basic Alterations: 1 fitting included
  • Standard Alterations: 1-2 fittings included
  • Bridal Package: 2-3 fittings included

Additional fittings beyond those included in your package may incur a fee of $25-$50 depending on the complexity of adjustments required.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of alteration services, refunds are generally not available once work has been completed. However, we may offer refunds in certain exceptional circumstances.

4.1 When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • We are unable to complete the requested alterations as agreed
  • The garment is damaged beyond repair due to our error
  • We significantly miss the agreed-upon completion deadline without prior notice
  • The alterations performed are substantially different from what was agreed upon
  • We determine that the requested alterations cannot be safely or properly completed

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the issue occurring. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of approval.

4.2 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Only part of the agreed-upon work was completed satisfactorily
  • There were significant delays in completion
  • The final result does not fully meet the agreed specifications but is still usable

The amount of any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will reflect the portion of work that did not meet our quality standards.

4.3 No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You change your mind about the style or alterations after work is completed
  • Your measurements have changed since the final fitting
  • You decide you no longer want or need the garment
  • The garment was damaged after pickup due to your actions or third parties
  • You failed to attend scheduled fittings or provide necessary information
  • Issues arise from pre-existing defects in the garment that we warned you about

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel your alteration service before we begin work on your garment, you may do so with a full refund of any deposit paid. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

5.2 After Work Has Started

Once we have begun work on your garment, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • If less than 25% of work is completed, you will be charged 25% of the quoted price
  • If 25-50% of work is completed, you will be charged 50% of the quoted price
  • If 50-75% of work is completed, you will be charged 75% of the quoted price
  • If more than 75% of work is completed, you will be charged the full quoted price

Any amounts paid beyond the cancellation fee will be refunded to your original payment method.

5.3 Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a fitting appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a $25 cancellation fee for future appointments.

6. Dispute Resolution Process

If you are not satisfied with our services or have concerns about the quality of work, we encourage you to follow this resolution process:

6.1 Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

As soon as you notice an issue with your altered garment, contact us by phone at +6495205290 or email at clients@vorxenornykhexux.world. Provide details about the problem and, if possible, photos showing the issue.

6.2 Step 2: Bring the Garment In

Schedule an appointment to bring the garment to our studio so we can assess the issue in person. Our experienced tailors will examine the garment and discuss possible solutions with you.

6.3 Step 3: Resolution Options

Based on our assessment, we will offer one or more of the following resolution options:

  • Complimentary refitting or correction of the issue
  • Partial or full refund if the issue cannot be corrected
  • Alternative solutions that meet your needs
  • Explanation if the issue is not covered by our guarantee

6.4 Step 4: Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, you may request to speak with our senior management. We will review your case thoroughly and work to find a fair solution.

7. Unclaimed Garments

Completed garments must be picked up within 30 days of notification. Our policies regarding unclaimed garments are:

7.1 Storage Fees

After 30 days, a storage fee of $5 per week will be applied to unclaimed garments. You will be notified by email or phone when storage fees begin to accrue.

7.2 Abandoned Garments

Garments not claimed within 90 days of completion will be considered abandoned. After 90 days, we reserve the right to:

  • Donate the garment to charity
  • Dispose of the garment
  • Sell the garment to recover storage and alteration costs

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any action with abandoned garments, including multiple phone calls and emails.

7.3 No Liability for Unclaimed Items

Vorxenornykhexux is not responsible for garments left beyond the 90-day period. No refunds or compensation will be provided for abandoned garments.

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Damaged Garments

If your garment is damaged while in our care due to our negligence, we will:

  • Attempt to repair the damage at no cost to you
  • Offer compensation up to the declared value of the garment
  • Refund all alteration fees paid

We recommend declaring the value of high-value garments (such as wedding dresses) at the time of drop-off. Our liability for any single garment is limited to $500 unless a higher value is declared and additional insurance is purchased.

8.2 Lost Garments

In the unlikely event that your garment is lost while in our possession, we will provide compensation up to the declared value of the garment, with a maximum of $500 unless additional insurance was purchased.

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and maintain eligibility for our satisfaction guarantee, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about desired alterations and fit preferences
  • Attending all scheduled fitting appointments
  • Bringing appropriate undergarments and shoes to fittings
  • Notifying us of any concerns or issues during the fitting process
  • Picking up completed garments within 30 days of notification
  • Following care instructions provided for altered garments
  • Inspecting garments upon pickup and reporting any issues immediately

10. Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your altered garments and preserve our workmanship:

  • Follow the care label instructions on your garment
  • Inform dry cleaners about recent alterations, especially on delicate items
  • Store garments properly on appropriate hangers
  • Avoid excessive stretching or stress on altered areas
  • Address any loose threads or minor issues promptly before they worsen

Damage resulting from improper care is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
